The 82nd Air Assault Brigade is one of the most modern and formidable units of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces (DShV). Formed in early 2023 in the Chernivtsi region, it was specifically trained to NATO standards to conduct assault operations, breach fortified defensive positions, and execute rapid counteroffensive missions.
