Account, cart and order services use Wix. Purchase and customer-service data are processed to perform a contract or take precontractual steps; invoicing duties are based on law.

This site stores the Wix session, favourites and language choice locally. Wix images and Google fonts are fetched from their servers, which receive technical request information. Social links open the respective services.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and complain to the French CNIL. Clearing browser data does not delete orders held by the seller or Wix.

Google Analytics audience measurement

With your consent, Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures visits, traffic sources, searches, product interactions and purchases. Data includes technical identifiers, pages, product references, variants, quantities, amounts, currency and a transaction identifier. Our module does not send customer names, postal addresses or order email addresses. Authentication and order query parameters are excluded. Google advertising signals are disabled. Meta Pixel is prepared but not enabled.

Use the Cookies button to accept, refuse or withdraw consent. Refusing does not block shopping. Your choice is stored for six months in a cookie shared with the checkout subdomain; Wix settings are synchronised when its consent manager is available. Visit alerts and approximate geolocation also require consent. Withdrawal does not automatically erase previously collected data. Google may process data outside the EU under its contractual safeguards: Google privacy policy.

Visit notifications

A Wix alert tells the owner when a visit starts. A random identifier stored in your browser and a 30-minute session cookie, renewed while browsing, prevent repeated alerts. The alert includes the landing page (without its query parameters), the referring domain when available, the device type and browser. Your IP address is sent to ipapi.is to determine your approximate city and country. This location may be unavailable or inaccurate. It contains no name, email address or IP address. You can clear this storage in your browser settings.

YouTube videos

Thumbnails load from i.ytimg.com: Google receives the connection information needed to display them, including the IP address. The youtube-nocookie.com embedded player loads when you click “Load video”. This connects to YouTube; privacy-enhanced mode does not mean no personal data is processed. Closing the player removes it from the page but does not erase data already received by the provider.

Delivery

Information needed for shipping, including the name, address, relevant contact details and parcel information, is shared with the delivery providers used for your order, including Boxtal and the carrier selected through Wix.

Retention and requests

Accounting records and invoices must be retained for ten years. Other periods depend on their purpose and applicable obligations. To exercise your rights, email blacksnakemodel@gmail.com. A response is normally provided within one month; any permitted extension is explained within that period. You may complain to the French CNIL.
