Returns and withdrawal

You normally have 14 days after receipt to notify withdrawal without giving a reason. Send a clear statement by email or post to the seller. Choosing a standard scale or production after ordering does not itself remove this right.

Return goods within 14 days of notification. Refunds include standard delivery and are due within 14 days of notification; reimbursement may be withheld until goods or proof of dispatch are received. The original payment method is used unless otherwise expressly agreed without fees.

Direct return costs for withdrawal are payable by the buyer. This does not apply to costs covered by statutory guarantees.

Condition of returned goods

Protect goods during transport and include their accessories. Missing original packaging does not by itself remove withdrawal rights. Depreciation caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect goods may create liability under statutory conditions. Registered post or a prior authorisation number is not required to notify withdrawal.
