The terms presented when ordering apply. Later price or terms changes do not amend existing contracts. Customers can save or print this page.
Ordering and payment
Before confirmation, customers check goods, options, quantities, contact details, delivery arrangements and the total, and can correct errors. Available payment methods are those actually shown at checkout. Final confirmation must clearly express the obligation to pay. A declined payment may prevent validation; no substitute product is imposed without agreement.
Contract confirmation must be provided on a durable medium, such as email, including order details and applicable terms.
Product presentation
Figures are supplied still attached to their 3D printing supports. Support removal and cleaning are required before assembly or painting. These preparation steps must be carried out by the buyer.
Descriptions and images identify the goods sold. Painted displays must not suggest that painting services or scenery are included when they are not: actual supplied contents must be specified on the product page. Presentation errors do not remove statutory protections.
Late, lost or damaged deliveries
In case of delay, customers may request delivery within a reasonable additional period, then terminate if delivery does not occur. Immediate termination remains available in statutory cases, including refusal to deliver or an essential deadline. Payments are refunded within 14 days of termination.
The seller bears transport risks until the customer or designated third party takes possession, except where the customer appoints a carrier outside the offered options. Report damaged parcels or missing goods to the seller; photos and delivery notes help handling but their absence does not remove statutory guarantees.
Products and prices
Check the reference, scale and supplied contents before ordering. Selected options determine the price. Charges and the total must be disclosed before payment commitment. VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
Preparation and delivery
Normal preparation takes 7 days before dispatch. During periods of high demand, preparation may take up to 30 days before dispatch. Shipping time is additional. Destinations, charges and transit times must be provided before confirmation. Later changes do not amend existing orders.

Withdrawal
Statutory guarantees
French conformity protection covers defects appearing within two years of delivery. For new goods, defects are presumed to have existed at delivery throughout that period. Repair or replacement is free under the statutory conditions, within 30 days and without major inconvenience. Price reduction or termination is available in the cases provided by law. Hidden-defect protection also applies: claims may be made within two years of discovery, with return and reimbursement or retention and price reduction under the statutory conditions.
Complaints and disputes
Email the seller. Mandatory consumer protections apply; no exclusive commercial court jurisdiction is imposed.
Professional reseller orders
For professional reseller orders, preparation, dispatch and delivery times may vary depending on the production schedule, quantities ordered and periods of high demand. The estimated lead time is provided with the quotation or order confirmation. If this estimate changes, the reseller is informed of the revised estimated schedule. This provision applies only to professional orders intended for resale.
